Saturday, September 6, 2008  In spite of Tropical Storm Hanna, the Charlottesville Alumni Chapter and the Spider Club welcomed alumni, family and friends to a pre-game tailgate at the Student Activity Building before the Richmond Spiders took on the Virginia Cavaliers.

Thursday, November 29, 2007   The Charlottesville/Shenandoah Valley Alumni Chapter and the University of Richmond Alumni Association gathered at the home of Mary A. R. Howard and A. E. Dick Howard, R'54, H'84 to welcome Dr. Edward L. Ayers as the ninth University President.
