E-mail Forwarding

Take advantage of UR's e-mail forwarding service and have one permanent richmond.edu address for the rest of your life. You simply set up a free alumni account and UR automatically forwards all messages to the address of your current e-mail provider. Just remember to update the information on your UR account if your e-mail provider changes.

Please note that the e-mail forwarding service is now also managed by the Alumni Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials (netID and password - which you used to login to UR Online).  If you have any problems with the account management process, please call the support line at 866-998-0010 (toll free) or 804-484-1477 for assistance. If you reach a voicemail, please provide your name, e-mail, a phone number, and time that you may be reached and a staff member will assist you.
