Problem: The Single Sign On process is confusing and you're having trouble
Quick fix: Call the support line at 866-998-0010 (toll free) or 804-484-1477 for assistance. If you reach a voicemail, provide your name, e-mail, a phone number, and time that you may be reached and a staff member will assist you.

Problem: The message says your name or password is incorrect
Quick fix: Make sure your caps lock is turned off and try again.
Quick fix: Effective November 12, 2009, make sure you are using your new Alumni Single Sign On (SSO) credentials (NetID and password) instead of your former UR Online-only credentials (disabled 11/12/09).

Problem: You have forgotten your username and/or password
Quick fix: Retrieve your Alumni Single Sign On (SSO) credentials (netID and password).
