Tuesday, November 27, 2007 The Fredericksburg Alumni Chapter and the University of Richmond Alumni Association gathered at the Fredericksburg Country Club to welcome Dr. Edward L. Ayers as the ninth president of the University of Richmond.
Sunday, September 30, 2007 Fredericksburg alumni enjoyed a day on-campus that included brunch at the Heilman Dining Center, a tour of campus by current students, and Arts Around the Lake (art show) at the Robins Center.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward V. Allison, Jr., '61 and Carrie Hallberg O’Malley, '91 hosted a cocktail reception for Fredericksburg area alumni and their guests at the Historic Snowden House.
Dr. David D. Burhans, Chaplain Emeritus, and Dr. Richard S. Coughlan, Associate Dean of the Robins School of Business, attended the reception. Guests enjoyed music by the University of Richmond Student Jazz Combo, directed by Dr. Michael A. Davison.
