Tuesday, May 5, 2009 Alumni, family and friends were invited to a cocktail reception at the Monarch Restaurant, welcoming special guest Dr. E. Bruce Heilman, Chancellor, University of Richmond, to Houston.
Monday, March 16, 2009 Alumni, family and friends attended an exciting night at the 77th Annual RodeoHouston. Area Spiders enjoyed the show and a performance by Darius Rucker (of Hootie & The Blowfish) over dinner in a RodeoHouston Entertainment Suite high above the action.
Saturday, December 13, 2008 Houston Spiders gathered for a game watching party at the Porch Swing Pub to watch the UR vs. Northern Iowa football game.
