Saturday, March 7, 2009  The Roanoke Alumni Chapter invited alumni, family and friends to VERANDA Bistro for a game watching party hosted by Chris Karageorge, R'83:  UR vs. Xavier Men's Basketball.  Another Spider victory!

Tuesday, March 3, 2009  The Roanoke Alumni Chapter invited alumni, family and friends to VERANDA Bistro to cheer on the Men's Basketball team as the Spiders took on the Charlotte 49ers.

Saturday, February 21, 2009  Alumni, family and friends gathered at VERANDA Bistro for a game watching party hosted by Chris Karageorge, R'83:  UR vs. Charlotte Men's Basketball.  A Spider victory!

Friday, December 19, 2008  Alumni, family and friends gathered at VERANDA Bistro for a game watching party: Richmond Spiders vs. Montana Grizzlies in the NCAA Championship Game.  Spider victory!

Tuesday, September 23, 2008  The Roanoke Alumni Chapter and the University of Richmond Alumni Association invited alumni, parents and friends to The Hotel Roanoke to welcome Dr. Edward L. Ayers as the ninth University President.

Sunday, August 13, 2006  A reception was hosted by Anne C. Grove, '81 and Karen M. Coon, L'02 at the Hunting Hills Country Club to welcome the Class of 2010 to the University of Richmond family.

Tuesday, November 1, 2005   The Roanoke Chapter invited alumni to a reception at Metro! with James L . Narduzzi, dean of the School of Continuing Studies.
