Winter Break Career Networking Events 2009

Young Grads in New York City, Richmond, and Washtington, D.C. invited the Class of 2009 and those students participating in the Career Development Center's Spider for a Common Good and Spiders in New York City trips to a Career Networking Happy Hour over Winter Break on Tuesday, January 6, 2009.  

Summer Send-offs for the Class of 2012 & New Transfer Students

The Class of 2012 and new transfer students were welcomed into the Richmond Family at 22 events across the country.  A great time was had by all at these events hosted by UR alumni, parents and current students. Thanks to all who joined in on the fun!

Summer Send-offs for the Class of 2011 & New Transfer Students

Each year, alumni, parents, and friends gather together to give the incoming class an official welcome to the University of Richmond family.  In 2007, there were over 20 events, spanning the continental U.S. Thanks to all who participated!  

Real World 2007

Real Alumni.  Real Life.  Real World.  The Real World is UR's 6th annual Student-Alumni life experiences program, held this year on February 9-10, 2007.  A select group of alumni returned for a weekend to share their experiences and advice on what they have learned since their time at Richmond.  It's never too early to start thinking about your post-college plans.  What better place to start than the UR alumni who have come before you.  Read more...

Young Grad & Class of 2007 Winter Receptions

Young graduates in Washington, D.C. and New York City invited the Class of 2007 in each respective area to network and socialize at New Year's receptions in each city.  Sponsored by the Washington, D.C. & New York City Alumni Chapters, these events were a great opportunity for students and alumni to reconnect with old friends and make new contacts.  Find out   more about the young grad program...

Homecoming 2006 

October 27-30, 2006 was an exciting weekend for the University of Richmond community, as over 1400 alumni returned for the weekend's festivities.  UR students were eager to welcome back new and old friends alike, and continued the tradition of fun & festivities for the entire week.    Read more...

Trick or Treat Street 2006

The 8th annual Trick or Treat Street Halloween Carnival at Fraternity Row was held on Saturday, October 21, 2006. Local alumni and their children were invited to enjoy the fun fair, which featured pumpkin painting, straw maze, pony rides, petting zoo, magician, and a costume contest for children. A special thanks to Kate deGategno, '07 and Jason Levinn, '08, Trick or Treat Street Co-Chairs, and all of the student volunteers for their hard work. Read more...
