Reunion Weekend is a Richmond tradition for celebrating achievements as alumni reconnect to the campus, gather with friends, strengthen their pride in Richmond and reflect upon what the Richmond experience has meant to them over the years. Part of the traditional celebration is a special Reunion Class Gift effort designed to mark achievements and affirm belief in the value of a Richmond education. Make your gift now.
By giving at any level, you are showing your class spirit and making an effort to increase the participation rate of your class. When a reunion class increases its participation rate, it inspires and motivates other graduating classes to do the same or even better.
Richmond's Reunion Rally is an opportunity for alumni to show their school spirit and win recognition for their class. Each year during the Reunion Rally, Richmond recognizes classes with the:
Greatest amount of participation for the class gift
Most dollars raised
A special VIP donor event is also held Reunion Weekend to recognize all those that have made a gift at the leadership level ($1,000 or more). A Greek Theatre Party will be held to honor all those that give a gift in honor of their Reunion regardless of size. Any gift to any area of the University made between July 1 and June 30 will be included in the class gift total. Multi-year pledges of $5,000 or more that are initiated in the reunion year will be counted as well.
