6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Come join fellow young grads and explore the world of Italian cuisine
where the focus is on fresh ingredients, prepared correctly and carefully,
combined with the blossoming flavors of spring.


This class will give you an insight into the methods of a true Tuscan chef,
and expose you to the flavors of what is, or what will be,
available to you in late spring. 

$35 a person includes: 
A 3 hour hand-on preparatory instruction at the University of Richmond's
brand new Center for Culinary Arts, a four-course meal,
and two beverages throughout the evening.

Due to the size of the facility and the unique and valuable one-on-one instruction,
space for this event is limited.
