Help plan a memorable reunion experience for you and your classmates! As a member of a Reunion Class Committee, you can play an important role in shaping your class' reunion experience.
Volunteering to help with your reunion can be a great way to reconnect with the University of Richmond and the friendships that began here on campus. There are two ways to get involved.

Reunion Planning Committee
Members are asked to
work with your Alumni Relations Representative on class letter and e-mails
attend committee meeting throughout the year (in person or via phone)
share ideas at committee meetings
personally contact classmates and encourage attendance at Reunion events
allow the use of your name on reunion mailings and the reunion Web site
make plans to attend Reunion Weekend
Reunion Gift Committee
Members are asked to
work with your Annual Giving Officer (AGO) on solicitation letters and e-mails
attend a Volunteer Training Session in the fall
personally solicit classmates and encourage support of your Reunion Gift
communicate Reunion Gift goals with classmates
share news and updates from campus and be available to answer any questions from your classmates regarding your Reunion Class Gift
utilize solicitation materials given by staff and communicate as needed to others
inform the Office of Annual Giving of any gifts received, address changes, or any other new information
maintain confidentiality with all personal data used in assigned tasks
