Summer Send-off Events for the Class of 2011
Each year, alumni, parents, and friends gather together to give the incoming class an official welcome to the University of Richmond family. In 2007, there were over 20 events, spanning the continental U.S. Thanks to all who participated!
Real World 2007
Real Alumni. Real Life. Real World. The Real World is UR's 6th annual Student-Alumni life experiences program, held this year on February 9-10, 2007. A select group of alumni returned for a weekend to share their experiences and advice on what they have learned since their time at Richmond. Young Grad & Class of 2007 Winter Receptions
Young graduates in Washington, D.C. and New York City invited the Class of 2007 in each respective area to network and socialize at New Year's receptions in each city. Sponsored by the Washington, D.C. & New York City Alumni Chapters, these events were a great opportunity for students and alumni to reconnect with old friends and make new contacts. Homecoming 2006
October 27-30, 2006 was an exciting weekend for the University of Richmond community, as over 1400 alumni returned for the weekend's festivities. UR students were eager to welcome back new and old friends alike, and continued the tradition of fun & festivities for the entire week. Read more...
Trick or Treat Street
The 8th annual Trick or Treat Street Halloween Carnival at Fraternity Row was held on Saturday, October 21, 2006. Local alumni and their children were invited to enjoy the fun fair, which featured pumpkin painting, straw maze, pony rides, petting zoo, magician, and a costume contest for children. A special thanks to Kate deGategno, '07 and Jason Levinn, '08, Trick or Treat Street Co-Chairs, and all of the student volunteers for their hard work. Read more...
